1. What Does Your Artist Name Mean?

DJ Ace Vedo:

"My Artist name is actually my last name spilt in half. I love my dad very much and I want his name to be the center of my world."

2. Who Are Your Biggest Music Influences?

DJ Ace Vedo:

"Timbaland, Pharrell, Swizz beatz."

3. How Did You get into music?

DJ Ace Vedo:

"I’ve always wanted to work with music since I was a kid, just never really took it serious, I didn’t think it was something realistic that could happen in my world. Until I found djing, it made it real for me. I’m extremely shy an introverted person. Sometimes being in a social environment especially on stage can be overwhelming for me, I get anxiety. Djing I’m hidden behind a booth and I’m able to express myself through what I’m playing. The more I DJ to a large crowd the better I get with handling my anxiety."  4. What’s The Craziest Thing That’s Happened within your music career so far?

DJ Ace Vedo:

"Seriously just people listening to me, it could be one person listening but the fact that someone is listening to something I created is crazy to me." 5. How’s your album coming along?

DJ Ace Vedo:

"So far it’s going well, I’m releasing a beat tape with just my instrumentals. I used to dig listening to beats growing up. And always wanted to do a beat tape one day." 6. What’s Your Songwriting Process?

DJ Ace Vedo:

"Whatever idea comes to mind When I hear a beat is what I go for. I’m not much into writing but sometimes a beat inspires me to write something down to it." 7. Who Do You Sound Like?

DJ Ace Vedo:

"I don’t think I can directly link my sound to someone out currently that I know of."  8. What are your goals?

DJ Ace Vedo:

"My goal is to heal through music, I want to use music as a platform to share love and moments that feel hard for some to feel good. Music is extremely healing. Especially instrumentals, there’s just a melody no words to influence your thought process just your mind and the beat. Where ever that beat takes your mind you can focus on, and hopefully it’s helpful to someone who needs to just drive and listen to music and stare off to the sky."

9. Do you come from the streets; if not; how do you relate?

DJ Ace Vedo:

"Yes; I’m from Bronx NY where the streets are always alive."

10. What do you think of The Chain Smokers or David Guetta?

DJ Ace Vedo:

"I think they are extremely talented people that really understand what it takes to make feel good music. Listening to their stuff makes me think they actually feel their music."

DJ Ace Vedo; Comes from the Bronx in the beautiful State of New York. She has an entire family filled with talented musicians and artists; alike. She now performs at multiple clubs across Florida including but not limited to clubs like Coyote Ugly Tampa; Tangra Nightclub, The Social, Liquid, G Saint Pete, and many more clubs across Florida.
